Booking Process
SP Entertainment endeavour to make booking and organising your event as smooth as the icing on a wedding cake. After undertaking thousands of events, SP Entertainment take your imagination and make it reality.
We believe communication is key. we ensure all of our information is communicated concisely and clearly. We prefer face to face meetings but can also arrange virtual and meetings on the phone if that suit needs better.

You tell us what you envisage, we’ll give you our advice based on our experience and knowledge.
Design
Once agreed, we’ll put pen to paper and ensure it is all itemised and clear, leaving no room for error. A deposit is then paid to secure your booking, allowing us to put the wheels in motion.
Site Visit
Sometimes site visits are necessary. We have undertaken events in almost all wedding and event venues in Wales and the South West. However, depending on the event and services being provided, a site visit may be requested. We also will make contact with all suppliers when managing the event to ensure clarity and details leaving no rooms for errors or miscommunication.
